Some things to consider
All prices are for jpg files saved with the maximum quality, low compression setting and shared on our cloud storage service. You will then receive a limited access time of 30 days to download your images. Alternatively you can order a USB memory stick and we will transfer all your images for you.
Jpg files are ideal for most photo collections, but if you intend to dabble with photo editing, or if you are a serious photographer or archivist, then we highly recommend our uncompressed 48bit tiff files. They are big, but essential for photo editing and professional services. For tiff files please add 10p per image. Please note, tiff files will be supplied uncompressed and considerably larger than jpg files.

If your items are very important please let us know and we can arrange for special delivery (extra costs incur). Once we know the precise weight and dimensions of your package we can quote your return costs more accurately, this will be done in advance by email. We will also request a return 'window', suitable for you.

Please be aware that we have a minimum spend policy of £45.

Please ensure your goods are packaged securely, either by cardboard reinforced letter, or boxed with adequate (environmentally friendly) volume fill for protection. We will return your items archived ready for storage, you may never need to unpack them again!
